What are the Unity Games?
The Unity Games are a combination of basketball games mixed with youth activities that help promote respect and tolerance among the youth of our community. All participants will be assigned to an interracial team by the Sports Committee.
Goals
- Improve community relationships among the youth in our communities.
- Build a better understanding of one another
- Make friendships!

What happens at the games?
- Basketball games throughout the day. CYO and High School Referees for all games, plus clinics and contests. Free team uniforms and pens for all participants.
- Educational workshops
- Activities throughout the day: Celebrity guest speakers, game room, DJ’s, arts & crafts.
- Meals — Full breakfast & lunch on March 16th & 17th! Plus snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Who can attend?
7th and 8th grade boys and girls, who enjoy basketball and want an exciting experience.
Cost
Absolutely FREE! In addition, all participants will receive free giveaways! (Free busing is available if needed)
